The Gamut

Millie Kwon

Millie Kwon, Staff Writer

The mysterious and nonchalant Millie Kwon is a sophomore writer in The Gamut. Millie joined The Gamut after becoming fascinated by investigative journalism from TMZ’s paparazzis. She wasn’t always on the road to writing, though. The Gamut could have lost Millie to K-Pop’s JYP Entertainment from a private audition held by her dance studio! While the audition didn’t pan out as expected, Miss Kwon is still no stranger to stardom. Quite the influencer herself, she (now regrettably) was once a TikTok dancer who ran a fake Hype House with her friends, though she cringes looking back on it. Taking a step back from fame, Millie spends most of her time indoors now, partially as an introvert and also for safety — she’s allergic to almost anything! (Sunlight, tap water, and dust are just a few on the list) You can also find her listening to Taylor Swift or Laufey, playing with her iPad (her all time favorite belonging right now — she is an iPad kid for life), or at Smoking Tiger. Their “YSL” drink is a sour lemonade that “changed her perspective on life and made it brighter.” The drink is one of the things that keeps Millie going as she lives by the quote, “It will all end one day.” Safe to say, she’s an optimist!
