On Oct. 18th, Fall Ball was filled with food, dessert, and Barbie Girl by Aqua. In the dim lighting of the Hyatt Regency Garden Grove, many students did line dancing and played pool, air hockey, or beanbag throwing whilst snagging some sweet treats scattered on the table. The music acted as a background while students enjoyed sliders, fries, and sundaes.
“It was interesting seeing the freshmen on the dance floor because there was a lot of them. But it was really fun because I feel like everyone just bonded, and we were all like friends,” Junior Zoey Hess said.
“I had some of the fries there—it was really delicious,” Freshman Armaan Kumar said.
“I think the most memorable moment was right after me and my friend Zoey went to go eat ice cream. The moment ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ started playing, we ran to the dance floor, and it was really fun,” Junior Brandy Nguyen said.
