Christian Festin, experienced writer and news editor, is entering his third year in the Gamut. His energetic and active personality shines through his many hobbies, such as biking, skateboarding, and working out. He enjoys lifting weights and breezing through three mile runs, as well as eating a hearty and protein-rich meal afterwards. When he’s not at the gym building muscle, he’s either reading manga, watching a cheesy rom com, or playing the guitar - one of the seven different string instruments that he can play. Although Christian is a rather relaxed and nonchalant person, his gym obsession and musical talents are definitely a reflection of his fun and creative energy. If you ever see him strolling down the hallway with his Beats Studio headphones, he’s most likely jamming out to Boston, his all time favorite rock band.
